Brantford, Ontario was seeing an influx of new residents that changed the demographics from older, established shoppers to families with young children moving into the town. It was time to elevate the brand with a clean and contemporary look to attract the new families yet continue to attract traditional residents to this community shopping centre.
what we did
circus created a 360 marketing campaign to capture the warmth of the community and build brand awareness. The strategy was to develop a creative look that depicted the rural community in a modern, fashionable way. Through the use of friendly hero images and seasonal messaging, the new campaign was executed on multiple touchpoints in-mall, online, and on out- of- home platforms.
Research indicated the need for a robust social media strategy, as customers were looking for “up to the minute” information on mall events and store openings. The “Sweet & Stylish” campaign images were built into the monthly content plan, and integrated into the new website built by our in-house team to further enhance and engage shoppers in the community.
